Personalities with responsibility

  • Mathias Walther

    Founder of the ARTIAS Group

As founder of the ARTIAS Group, Mathias Walther is responsible for the strategic direction and long-term development of the group. He defines the entrepreneurial vision, evaluates new business fields and creates the strategic framework for sustainable growth. His degree in economics from the University of Basel gives him a sound understanding of micro- and macroeconomic relationships and their influence on markets, companies and investment decisions. This perspective forms the basis for a forward-looking, economically sound corporate strategy. In close cooperation with the operational management and the advisory board, he accompanies the further development of the ARTIAS Group, focusing on sustainable value creation, entrepreneurial stability and long-term success.

  • Arta Walther-Nuredini

    CEO of the ARTIAS Group

As CEO of the ARTIAS Group, Arta Walther combines sound financial and leadership expertise with a deep understanding of real estate development and demanding conversion and renovation projects. Through her many years as CFO, member of executive management and head of strategic transformation projects, she has extensive experience in corporate management, financial planning, investment analysis, risk management and project management. Her education and continuous professional training in these fields underpin her many years of practical experience. This expertise is complemented by her hands-on experience in the construction and real estate environment. This rare combination of business excellence, strategic foresight and practical construction competence enables her to manage real estate projects holistically – from the initial investment analysis through financial and technical planning to successful realisation. Under her leadership, the ARTIAS Group is committed to developing economically sustainable, high-quality and architecturally convincing real estate projects.

In looking for people to hire, look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence and energy. And if they don't have the first, the other two will kill you.
