New construction of the Hall of Switzerland in the Mall of Switzerland – with a modern football hall, football shop and football bar. Development and realisation of a unique sports and leisure destination in Central Switzerland.

Challenge: To realise a large-scale special property within an operating shopping centre – with complex logistics, tight schedules and high technical requirements.
Solution: Holistic project management from concept development through financing to construction execution, with close coordination of all contractors and the centre management.
Result: On-schedule opening of a unique sports and leisure destination with football hall, shop and gastronomy.
