A hidden Mediterranean courtyard welcomes guests into a world of tranquillity and elegance. Natural stone walls, warm architectural lighting, custom-made lounge furniture and lush planting create an intimate atmosphere reminiscent of the finest boutique hotels on Lake Como and the Amalfi Coast.

Sunset aperitivo & lake terrace

High above Lake Maggiore, the panoramic terrace offers breathtaking views of sunsets over the water and the surrounding mountains. Guests enjoy aperitivo moments, private events and unforgettable evenings as the golden light reflects on the lake.

Open fire kitchen & artisan pinsa

At the centre of the culinary experience is the open show kitchen with a traditional wood-fired oven. Guests experience how authentic Roman pinsa, artisanal pizzas and seasonal Italian specialities are prepared from carefully selected regional ingredients. The live cooking concept turns every meal into an experience.
